This movie is spectacular, full of nostalgia and heart, also the only movie that’s made me cry, I highly recommend to watch lucario and the mysteries of mew without crying or frown.

Lucario and the Mystery of Mew, as the name implies, follows Lucario, a rare Pokemon who was sent centuries into the future by being trapped in his staff by his teacher Aaron. Lucario has been my favorite Pokemon as long as I can remember, and this movie represents him perfectly. His relationship with Aaron is great, and his character is perfectly represented. This movie has so much more heart than all the other Pokemon movies. It's tragic, exciting, and uplifting. The animation is also fantastic, and while the cgi has aged badly, the 2d animation allows Lucario and the others to make some really funny and charming expressions, as well as really realistic movements and reactions. The backgrounds are also beautiful, the artists really getting a chance to show of the beauty of Lucario and Aaron's kingdom. Overall, a must watch movie with one of my favorite characters in video games.

I'm glad this one is here, it's my favorite one, and the dub is decent, but will the Japanese versions ever get a proper release in the U.S.? I saw the Japanese version of this and loved it. :/...

I like the Pokemon series, but it would of been better if I was able to use the Lightning to VGA Adapter to watch it on a tv screen like I do with Netflix.
